Labiaplasty Before and After Pictures: What Is It and Common Causes
Labiaplasty or labia reduction can reduce the size of a woman's labia minora and labia majora. It can also reshape the labia. This is a selection of before and after pictures of women who've had labiaplasty, as performed by female plastic surgeon, Dr. Leila Kasrai.
nlarged and misshapen labia can be both aesthetically displeasing and a source of irritation for women. The size and shape of a woman's labia minora is determined by genetics, but can be indirectly affected by inflammation. Whatever the cause, labiaplasty is an effective and safe treatment to resolve hypertrophy.
Labiaplasty before and after pics
This female patient was uncomfortable with the size of her labia minora, or "wings". They protruded, causing her severe discomfort. Even when wearing regular pants, her labia minora became irritated and inflamed. Labiaplasty reduced the size of her labia minora, creating a smoother, more balanced improvement.
The thick and discoloured labia minora of this female patient was a source of aesthetic dissatisfaction and slight discomfort. She was unhappy with the appearance of her genital area. Labiaplasty removed the discolouration and reduced thickness, giving her genital area a rejuvenated appearance.
While this female patient's labia minora were not as prominent, she still found their prominence to be uncomfortable. Sexual activities were not as enjoyable as well. After surgery, she experienced an improvement that she was quite happy with!
The main concern for this patient was reducing inflammation and discolouration of her labia minora.
The bulky and thick labia minora of this female patient made wearing specific clothing extremely uncomfortable. Sexual activities were also sometimes painful. Her labia minora were reduced in thickness and length so that they no longer protrude as much beyond her labia majora.
Genetics an aging caused the labia minora of this female patient to sag and protrude excessively. This caused extreme discomfort.
The main concern for this patient was the thickness and bulk of her labia minora. By reducing both, she no longer experienced discomfort. She was also happy with how the improvement in her appearance!
